Some time ago, a client from the parcel tracking niche approached us to work on his SEO strategy. Today we\u2019d like to present a short case study that outlines how we worked together and what we\u2019ve been able to achieve.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\n\n\n

Website Review<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The biggest issues that we\u2019ve identified were the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Website structure could be improved.<\/strong> There were plenty of useless pages that had no chance of being crawled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Content strategy could use some work too. <\/strong>That\u2019s something that most competitors have neglected and an opportunity for us to build a stronger presence on Google.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Off-page SEO wasn\u2019t actively managed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    We gave our advice on the first two points and took the link-building strategy into our own hands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Backlink Analysis<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    As we normally do – we started with a comprehensive SEO Audit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the process, we thoroughly analyzed the competition and the market itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At first glance, it seemed like the SEO performance was influenced by the May Google Core Update<\/a>. However, a deeper analysis revealed that the reason for stagnation was actually the COVID 19 pandemic, which resulted in a lower search volume for target keywords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The website had some technical issues. However, the most significant drawback was the absence of links from powerful domains compared to the key competitors. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019ve identified the number of website pages with the highest growth potential, found similar ones in competitors\u2019 websites, and analyzed their referring domains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    This helped us estimate the number of relevant backlinks, their sources and their metrics needed to achieve the best results.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Although there\u2019s still room for improvement, we are certain that we can outrank even the biggest competitors on the market within a few months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the end, we\u2019ve proposed a 3-month link building plan that we\u2019ve been executing with precision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 10+ guest posts<\/strong> from niche blogs to build authority<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • About 75 Quora answers<\/strong> and 35 Reddit comments<\/strong> for awareness and diversity<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Over 400 Crowdo links<\/strong> for SERP gains<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
